[Bug 23660] [network-admin] 'Enable this connection' option in network settings is redundant

Public bug reported:

The 'Enable this connection' option in the interface properties from network
settings is redundant. There are already big activate and deactivate buttons in
the main settings dialog, which are the obvious way to enable/disable the
connection.
