[Bug 59108] Info popup with incorrect program name, language

Public bug reported:

If you click on a link to an unknown protocol, say

<a href="notaprotocol://badbad">click here</a>

you get the following information popup:

Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (notaprotocol) isn't associated with any program.

Problems:

(1)  Epiphany identifies itself as "Firefox" ;
(2)  Current language is FR, but message is in English.
