[Bug 59101] Re: gnome-cups-icon wakes up every second

Here's the strace. It seems to access

- my .lpoptions
- /etc/cups/lpoptions
- it's locale

every second, I wonder if this is necessary. Fixing this could be
interesting for notebook users, as the CPU could idle more.
