[Bug 58964] can't change case of letters in folder names on non-case sensitive fs

Binary package hint: nautilus

If I want to change the case of a letter in the name of a folder through
nautilus I have to change the name to something else first.  This
obviously only occurs on non-case sensitive file systems.

The error is the following:

The name "whatever" is already used in this folder. Please use a
different name.

While I understand why this behaviour occurs it does not provide a very
good user experience and less experienced users would just find it dumb.
