[Bug 69269] (Edgy) Clock Applet - Calendar appears at very top left of screen when opened first time after log in

Public bug reported:

1. Log out and then log back in, or reboot
2. Click the clock applet
3. The popup will appear at the very top left of the screen instead of just under the clock applet
4. Dismiss the applet, then open it again - it opens in the proper place
