Same for me. Was trying to use bogofilter as junk filtering plugin. It was not working until Ive disabled Spamassassin plugin. Now Junk filtering works via bogofilter just fine. -- evolution ships with spam filtering completely mangled https://launchpad.net/bugs/62192
