[Bug 69331] Open folder icon cannot be stretched without blurring.

Public bug reported:

When stretching icons on the desktop, all of the closed folder icons and
mime-types can be stretched to be very large without any problems.
However,  stretching a folder that is in "open" mode results in a badly
pixelated image. I will attach a screenshot.
