[Bug 69240] UTF8 bug in ICQ protocol for gaim beta3.1

Binary package hint: gaim

A bug in the Alias code for the ICQ protocol causes the screen names in gaim 3.1 that is shipped with Edgy to be rendered wrong if they contain chars other than ascii.
This is solved in beta4, I suggest to upgrade.
