Same here with Ubuntu 6.10 final, I get the list of the available
keyboards but no image to show the key placements.

system is 6.10 x86_64, upgraded from a 6.06 with the 'gksu' command,
worked on 6.06, forced to reinstall the gnome-control-center package to
be sure, same result.
