[Bug 69008] Clock applet updated time wrong when switching from summer time to normal time

When I switched on the computer this morning the time was 7 hours off. instead of 09:30 it showed 02:30. Time zone Europe/Stockholm and synchronizing to servers 
ntp.ubuntu.com
127.127.1.0
Unfortunately i checked the "date" cli command after I had manually adjusted the applet clock from the System > Administration > Time and Date dialog, but it shows the right time.
