[Bug 67955] Wrong timezone in 2.8 (edgy)

Public bug reported:

The timezone for Brazil (i don't know about other countries) is wrong.

America/Maceio, America/Sao_Paulo, for instance, should be UTC -3:00,
but in evolution they are UTC -2:00.

The system (linux and gnome) itself is right. That issue appears only in
evolution, which affects my tasks, by showing reminders in 1 hour in
advance.
