[Bug 67709] Messages in Inbox are hidden after using new search engine

Public bug reported:

Using the new search engine all my messages in Inbox have been hidden
without me trying to do so. Then I have lost some minutes trying to make
them appear. Finally I have solved it going to View->Show hidden
messages (which was unchecked) and selecting this entry.

For the end user she could go crazy with this kind of failures.
