[Bug 67701] VFAT saved attachments corrupt

On two occcasions I saved attachments to folders I created from within the save attachment dialog. The folders were created on a VFAT filesystem. On rebooting into Linux, a hard disk check was performed (30 boots) and errors were discovered (stray clusters
). On another occasion, I booted into windows and attempted to open the files but the folder was missing, on doing a windows scandisk, cross-linked files were discovered.

My evolution is configured to use our exchange server.
