[Bug 67505] search and scrolling bug

Binary package hint: epiphany-browser

When searching, if you click a link you lose the scrolling position. One
of the most annoying I've come across in Epiphany.

You can watch it happen in this screencast:

-That's me searching some text.
-Then I middle-click the link.
-Then the scrolling position is reverted to the start of the page.

Happens quite often too.
