[Bug 67380] Rhythmbox does not scan library path on first instance

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Automatic scan van library-folder does not work on first instance, i.e. when setting the library path in the preference window. "Watch my library for new files" is checked. 
Folder is scanned when closing and reopening rtythmbox.
Detected on Edgy RC1, Rhythmbox version 0.9.6.
