[Bug 67247] duplex printing misaligned

Public bug reported:

When duplex printing on paper larger than the document size (e.g. a 7×9
document page size printing on 8.5×11 page), it would be helpful if
evince would move alternating pages to the right so that they are
aligned properly with the text on the opposite side.

This bug may belong to cupsys, I'm not sure how much control evince has
in that area
