Sebastien,

I don't have the issue when I run the command LANG=C gnome-about-me

Here is the content of my /etc/enviroment:

PATH="/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin/X11:/usr/games"
LANG="en_US.UTF-8"
LANGUAGE="en_US:en_GB:en"
