[Bug 66705] Alacarte doesn't take anything into account or crash

Binary package hint: alacarte

Ubuntu 6.10 Edgy (german language):

Even if I start alacarte as administrator:

- it is not possible to to check boxes to show or hide menu entry
- It is not possible to drag an drop any menu.
- It is not possible to delede menu.

I' have tried to create a new entry for gvim (I can not check the
symbole to have him shown) and as I wanted to fill the commando field
alacarte crashes.

I have the bug file of the crash.

If you want it I can mail it.
