[Bug 31707] Shut Down icon in System menu does not match icon in Shut Down dialogue window

Public bug reported:

The icon used for the "Shut Down..." menu item in the System menu (grey
rectangle) does not match the icon used in the Shut Down dialogue window
(white switch with a red toggle button). I think that these icons should
match for consistency.

I propose that the "Shut Down..." menu item in the System menu should
use the white switch with the red toggle button as well.
