[Bug 66235] Weird icon allocation of Scribus

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: alacarte

When installing Scribus, it ads an icon entry in the menu under
"Graphics" and in "Office".

When trying to remove only one of the entries with Alacarte they both get removed.
The only way to make it reappear in the menu is enabling both entries.
