[Bug 66230] [Edgy] Can't print screen when applet/menu down

Public bug reported:

I'm not sure where to file this, so please pass it on if I have chosen
the incorrect package.

Normally, I can press Fn+Prnt Scrn and the "Save Screenshot" window
appears. If I have a menu clicked (say I have opened up the Applications
menu) or have clicked on the Gnome Power Manager Applet, the Prnt Scrn
key no longer works.

This sounds trivial, but is a real issue when trying to create
help/tutorials for anything involving applets or menus!
