[Bug 65990] Birthdates before 1970 does not work

Public bug reported:

birthdates before 1970, p. e. March 4, 1968 is interpreted as 2068. I think this is due to the format used in evolution to save the dates (maybe the number of seconds since Jan 1 1970). When editing the information about a contact, you must enter it in DD/MM/YY format, but evolution should allow 4 digits for the year.
