[Bug 65975] "Return to Previous Login" should unlock display.

Public bug reported:

When choosing "Return to Previous Login" in GDM it seems odd that I need
to enter my password again for gnome-screensaver.  It seems to me that
GDM should notify gnome-screensaver that I've already authenticated
myself.
