[Bug 39065] Webcam NGS Showtime Plus

Public bug reported:

The Webcam Showtime Plus of NGS don¡t run. The Gnomemetting say:

"Could not connect to video device (/dev/video0) Please Check conection"

Other programs for example caronama also don't run. Sorry my language. I
am spanish. Thanks.
