The importance change is not because the bug is present for some time,
it's because the feature didn't work before so that's not a regression.

I've updated the hibernation patch, could anybody having the issue give
it a try? The updated patch can be downloaded from
http://people.ubuntu.com/~seb128/11_powermanagement.patch (edgy) if you
want to rebuild a package with it, or an edgy amd64 build
