[Bug 65551] waste basket: not updated in real time

Hello

This means: if my basket is full and I want to empty it, after doing so,
the icon still indicates a full basket.

On the other way around, when it's empty and I put a file in it, the
icon still indicates an empty basket.

Not critical, just ennoying!!
