Thank you for pointing the issue and a patch, fixed with that upload:

 tsclient (0.148-1ubuntu3) edgy; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/patches/01_fix_close_about_action.patch:
     - make the close button of the about dialog work about,
       patch by Diego Ongaro slightly modified (Ubuntu: #64206)

I've made the package destroy the dialog instead of hiding it
