[Bug 64943] [edgy regression] totem plays only first half of each second of sound

Since I upgraded from Dapper to the Edgy beta, totem has started playing
only half of each second of sound of a particular movie clip.  If I run
it from the terminal, it prints one of these errors every second (the
text is always the same):
