Can't you? Click on
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+bug/24989/+editstatus (this is
done when you click on Ubuntu in the orange box) and change the status
to rejected (or fix released)

Could you try that? (I can close my own bugs) If not, I will close the
bug tomorrow.
