[Bug 64835] gcalctool multibuild (gtk/gnome)

Public bug reported:

Attaching a debdiff to build both GNOME and GTK variants of gcalctool,
resulting in gcalctool and gcalctool-gtk binary packages.

Xubuntu has no calc, and gcalctool-gtk is a good candidate.
