[Bug 64827] [Edgy] The "Unsafe device removal" notification disappears very fast

Binary package hint: gnome-volume-manager

The "Unsafe device removal" notification (which is shown when you remove
a device before unmounting it), disappears very fast, so I have no time
to read it fully.

I propose to enlarge the notification close time (20-30 secs, for
instance).
