That's because the php offset is 64 chars from the start and the tag is
after that, reassigning to shared-mime-info, the offset could probably
be changed. Is that frequent to have php files not starting by a php
tag?

** Changed in: nautilus (Ubuntu)
Sourcepackagename: nautilus => shared-mime-info
   Importance: Undecided => Low
       Status: Needs Info => Confirmed

** Summary changed:

- Incorrect filetype recognition
+ php offset of 64 my be not enough

** Also affects: shared-mime (upstream)
   Importance: Undecided
       Status: Unconfirmed
