Thanks for your bug. That's a known GTK issue, upstream consider it as
fixed with the scrolling arrow on the top of the menu:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=129463. Marking the
distribution task as fixed too. Feel free to argue upstream if you
disagree, that's the right place to discuss GTK behaviour
