[Bug 64082] brightness keys misfunction by looping on Thinkpads

brightness keys misfunction.

In Dapper, I could have several level of brightness (Fn-Home and Fn-End)
by pressing one or the other. Now I only have Low and High. When I press
"brighter" it goes up to the top. If I press "darker" it goes down to
the bottom.
