I thought I did, but I didn't ... now with the addition of
gstreamer-0.10-pitfdll and the venerable w32codecs, streaming content
from websites works again :)

I don't suppose it's possible to include a 'You may need to install
gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad' in the 'No URI handler' error message?

Although, that would then lead on to discussions of w32codecs and that
way legal dragons lie :(
