I'm using Dapper.

When I chose North America > Canada > British Columbia > Victoria >
Victoria

I get the temperature and a question mark which never goes away.  Moving
the cursor to it brings up an "updating ..." bubble which also never
changes.  When I left click the icon to bring up details, the only
information displayed is the city (Victoria) -- no other fields ever
contain any information.

The applet works correctly for other Victoria locations, just not
Victoria > Victoria (and due to the local geography and climate there
can be appreciable differences between the weather in say Victoria
Harbour and Victoria airport or Victoria university.)
