Marked as fixed upstream:

"Flat-Blue has now been replace by a new Mist icon theme, which uses the default
text icon, so this should now be fixed for this theme.

The Crux theme should do something simlar soon, once it has been
updated."

"Crux has also been replaced in 2.16.0, and fixes this bug."


Marking the distribution bug has fixed since edgy has GNOME 2.16.0
