[Bug 73877] Wacom Lock up and Crash

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gimp

Using a Wacom graphire (ET-0405-U) on USB with Ubuntu 6.1 (edgy) and
Gimp 2.2.13 working near the edge of the image with the paintbrush tool
the paintbrush cursor sticks.  The USB mouse will move a cursor.  Gimp
then shuts.  Bug report file available
