[Bug 73757] USB mass storage (ata hard disk) does not get mounted automaticly when hotplugged

Public bug reported:

My usb harddrive does not get mounted when I connect it. It does gets
mounted to /media/disk when I plug it in before I boot the system. My
USB memory stick does gets mounted automatically.
