Hi Sebastian,

I assure you that I have installed all GStreamer packages. 
To prove you that it's true I attach the screenshot of my Synaptic listing of installed packages (see file named "Synaptic-GStreamer-packages.png")

The output of the commands you suggest me is the following:
nicola at cavergno:~$ gst-inspect-0.10 faad
No such element or plugin 'faad'
nicola at cavergno:~$ gst-inspect-0.10 ffdec_mpeg40
No such element or plugin 'ffdec_mpeg40'
nicola at cavergno:~$ 

I attach a screenshot of Totem too, to show you that the audio stream is
not recognized (see file named "Totem-play.png")
