Hi Kevin and Sebastien,

The MP4 video file that I have used to test this bug is very big (more than 300MB) and is downloadable via BitTorrent from this web page:
http://www.blender3d.com/cms/Conference_Movies.818.0.html
In particular my file can be downloaded with this torrent link:
http://www.blender3d.com/cms/fileadmin/bconf06/bc06-2010-02-ed.mp4.torrent

However, seeing that all mp4 video files produce the same bug, I have prepared for you a web page where you can download a shorter MP4 video file. The link is this one:

and the file is "Glow-Effect_1.mp4"
