[Bug 73488] bug-buddy used instead of apport and does not work

Public bug reported:

evolution crashes sometimes on my system. Each time, bug-buddy is
started and displays a dialog box with this error message:

  Unable to create the bug report: Product or component not specified.

Then no bug report is sent.

Shouldn't apport be used instead ?

This is in edgy with bug-buddy version 2.16.0-0ubuntu2.
