I'll also attach the log file made by this command:

foo at bar:~$ GST_DEBUG=3,gnl*:5 gst-launch-0.10 filesrc
location=Desktop/Track\ 02.mp3 ! decodebin ! audioconvert ! esdsink >
~/Desktop/log 2>&1

I hope it's useful...
