[Bug 73367] cpufreq-selector is installed without suid bit

Binary package hint: gnome-applets

cpufreq-selector is installed without suid bit (maybe a chown? http://www.ussg.iu.edu/hypermail/linux/kernel/9706.0/0068.html), so cpufreq-applet doesn't display the frequencies/governors menu on left-click.
This is my very first ubuntu bug report. Since I'm not yet familiar with launchpad search engine, the fact that I didn't find a similar bug in the database, it doesn't mean that it wasn't yet reported :)
