No this is a different issue. When I type the person see my messages but the
delay is really long. He even wonder why  I take so long to respond.
SO  LEt say, he says Hi, I just respond hi and it could take 30 seconds to
appears and even when it appears on my end it might take another few seconds
before he even sees it.  It is not a refreshing bug. And it only happens
with the MSN protocol.
