Confirming the bug. Worked perfectly in dapper. The certificate is
signed by well known CA, but I get no luck with the STARTTLS option:

TLS_VERIFYPEER=NONE

This all still gives me the same error, no matter if I choose TLS or SSL
in Evolution's server setting, no matter if I enter :143 or :993 in the
hostname field.
