That's correct. But it would be good to have a way to use spatial even
if browser is default.

Not really. I should have made this clear earlier, but the behaviour I'm
complaining about takes place only on the desktop. Look at the
screenshots:

Image from the desktop. Both menu entries do the same - open a folder in
browser mode. Either one of them should open spatial, or we should drop
one.

Image from a Nautilus window. You can open a new window with the second
option, so it's OK to keep it. It's image 1 I have a problem with.
