[Bug 73078] Resize to half or double size does not work anymore

Ubuntu 6.10
Totem 2.16.2 (GStreamer)

View->Fit Window to Movie->Resize X:Y

Only 1:1 works, for 1:2 and 2:1 nothing happens. Same result if pressing
shortcuts for the same (0,1,2).

Tried on a number of different movies and formats. This used to work in
earlier versions, though I'm not sure when it last did.
