ok, i take back this bug. i found that this option is also modifiable in
power managment. you can't shut it there off (do "nothing" on button
press), but you can shut it off in gconf-editor. it's not very
straightforward though, because i already disabled shortcut in keyboard
shortcuts, and i would expect it won't do anything anymore.

but, problem is solved, so i mark this as rejected.
