[Bug 72735] Escape should close dialogs in Gaim

Public bug reported:

Escape usually dismisses/closes dialogs in other applications, it would
be very nice if this was true for Gaim as well.

My recurring use case is due to user error, I now and then happen to
press CTRL-L and CTRL-T, thinking Firefox has focus. :) But even without
this clumsiness, dismissing dialogs with Escape seems to be fairly
standard?
